Stop by Wednesday - Saturday to shop the storefront, snag some shortbread, grab a take-home treat from the freezer, or find just the right gift for a friend. Whether it's shortbread to give to your host, a quiche to enjoy with your friends at a luncheon, or a traybake to keep in the freezer for those late-night snacking needs, we hope you can taste the love that we put into each and every bake that goes from our hands to yours.
Everything that comes out of our kitchen is made by hand in small batches, with an emphasis on quality ingredients and carefully crafted recipes. Using organic butter, flour, and sugar, we do our best to not only support mother earth but also help you feel good about the food you bring to the table.
To do our part to reduce food waste, we bake our quiches, traybakes, and take-home snacks straight for the freezer so our treats can be enjoyed whenever you’re ready to crack into them! As we head into the busy season, we’re introducing our new quiche + cookie weekends! We bake direct-for-customer quiches and classic cookies for pickup on Fridays and Saturdays only. Follow the button below to place your pick-up order.

One of our favorite components of foma is our marketplace full of small batch goods created by independent makers. Some are local, some are from the US, some come from abroad, but they all have a story to tell.
We find products with a strong focus on handmade, sustainable and/or recycled materials, socially conscious practices, and donation based sales. While we’re not currently able to ship our retail items, we hope to add a few shippable gift boxes to the site soon!
Every time you shop, we hope you find something new and leave inspired by the stories you heard.

Please note, while we loved welcoming people into our space to enjoy a meal, connect with friends or work remotely, we’re no longer able to offer the seating space we once had. Being forced to make some tough decisions over the past few years, in 2020 we ultimately decided to focus our energies on the shortbread (of course!), classic bakes, and supporting small makers from across the country with our retail marketplace.
