Our flagship and best selling shortbread. Made with homegrown rosemary, a bit of rice flour, and topped with a dash of Maldon Sea Salt, this shortbread is buttery, crispy, and amazingly addictive.
Every batch is made-to-order so please expect up to 1 week for cookies to be ready to ship. They're worth the wait!

It’s hot out there and this is a very fragile cookie! If shipping to hotter climates, we highly recommend adding a cold pack and insulation to your order, found on the products page.
Ingredients: organic butter, organic wheat barley flour, organic sugar, rice flour, rosemary, sea salt.
